Good afternoon, payments from the private bank have ceased to be uploaded, nothing has been touched in the settings before. Everything is ok in the private24 application (see screenshot). We contacted the private bank, everything is fine on their part, they updated the token and ID, nothing has changed.

You have only 1 action enabled - "Privat24 Autoclient Account Statement" according to the specified settings, there are no payments for the current day. The last payment that can be received via API is for November 20 http://box.agro-him.com.ua/app/payments/18092/control/ after that there is not a single payment that would be received for loading into the system. Perhaps you should enable other actions for importing payments from Privat Bank. You can also check if your payments are coming to another account and it should be added to the action setting.
