Previously, when creating a contact with the "company" type through the corresponding field of the contact card, the "phone" and "email" fields were always mandatory. Improved so that if the "Allow adding a user without contact details" checkbox is enabled in the system settings, the "phone" and "email" fields for a company when creating it from a contact card are optional. At the same time, if the checkbox is enabled, but these fields are specified as mandatory in the block settings, they will remain mandatory.
