2015654491 - Improved chat functionality
Added settings for OneBox chat:
- display chats with new messages at the top of the list, the date and time of the last message will be displayed in the chat list;
- add the last name and first name of the first respondent to the chat name;
- and also added the ability to edit the name of the chat
