2013647088 - Improved universal contact loader

PURPOSE: A universal loader has been created that allows you to load contacts based on an xls / xlsx table. Improvement: to ship contacts of natural persons without obligatory phone/email. Reason for revision: You may have some other signs to identify contacts, other than the usual contact details - phone / email, but not the contact details themselves. These identifiers may be: addresses and there may be several; site URL; any other indirect signs by which you fix the contact and by which you understand what kind of "Vasya" is. As a result of setting a special checkbox in the settings, it became possible to create a contact for an individual based on the available data for him in the same way as you do for a contact of a legal entity.
