On the page for adding an article, there is a setting for selecting employees/roles who will have access to this article. Improved so that the ability to view an article in the knowledge base, through a global search, as well as in the process interface, can only find this article in the "Knowledge Base Search" and "Process Knowledge Base" blocks, only employees who have access to the article enabled by this setting.
