The automation action when saving a contact “Send request via API” is triggered by default and sends a request in two cases:
- when saving information in the contact card;
- when saving information in the process (in the contact fields).
Improved the checkbox “Call action only when saved in the contact card” - if it is enabled, the action will send a request only when there is a change in the contact card
