Improved automatic action once a day “Import contacts from Microsoft Nav”
The action imports contacts from Nav. Search for a user by the value of the No field in the External id field in OneBox. If the user is not found, a search will be performed by phone number (Phone_No) and email (E_Mail). If the user is not found, a new one will be created. The user will be assigned a company from the Company_Name field
