Improved automatic action once per hour “Collect information about processes”, which creates a process in the selected status. Once created, the action looks for processes that match the selected conditions and adds them as products to the created process. The selected additional process fields become additional fields for the process products, and the name becomes the name of the process product. If a field is selected to sort the process products by, the action sorts the process products in ascending order (values are sorted as numbers). After adding products, a process is searched for in the same status as the created one, with the same name, and is transferred to the specified status. You can also find other processes and copy additional fields from one of them into a new process.
