Its workflow is called for the Parent from the subprocess using the "Run procedure" action - https://rozpakui.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/262/action/new/
I take a test process - https://rozpakui.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/zakaz-postavshchiku/1398468/ed... and try to call the procedure for the Parent https://rozpakui.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/ zakaz-postavshchiku/1398447/edit/ it doesn't work.
If I set up a procedure to work on click and display the button in the process, the actions work.
Please help me figure out why the action of calling the procedure for the Parent from the subprocess does not work?

What does it mean for a parent?
The action starts the specified procedure (actions on it) for the current process.

This setup previously worked for calling a procedure on the Parent. If: I specify the correct BP and status, then it works for the Parent. Customized for other projects as well

I do not see that in the subject specified by you there was a speech about a call of procedures in the parent.
There it is written about how to call procedures from another BP for the current one and that when a BP is selected in action, its procedures are pulled up.
And if there is no such thing now, can it be improved so that the action can call the procedure in the parent?
You can make the setting into action so as not to run the selected procedure for the current one - I look for the parent process along the tree in the corresponding BP and run it for it - this will take 2 hours of revision.
