Automatic action once per minute "Turn a call into a process"
We need to improve it:
1. Do not create a process if the client is in group X, with a multilist of groups. If at least one of the groups is - do not create a process.
2. Do not create a process if there is 1 open process in any BP.
Need an appraisal.

A multilist would be better, but better like this:
If no BP is selected but there is a check mark, then everything
In some action there was a similar setting
