There is an action "Switch stage after N time".
You can even do two: set the stage time + jump after the stage time.
But how can the system be forced to take into account not absolute hours, but working hours?
Like "if 8 hours have passed according to the employee's work schedule."

in the actions "Set stage deadline" and "Switch after the expiration of the stage" there seems to be a similar kind of settings - https://prnt.sc/10iunh6
