Responsible person removed (field "Responsible (order.order_managerid)"=0)
Hello.
From time to time we encounter the following problem: in some bp, the responsible one is deleted. Moreover, it does not change to another, namely, it is deleted (in the history, the field gets the value 0). Judging by the history, the action happens automatically - sometimes when changing fields, sometimes when transitioning between stages (even with automatic transitions).
Here is a link to the bp where the owner was recently removed: https://zavod.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/zavodkonsoley/219498/edit/ . The history shows that the employee changed the value in the field, but after saving, the responsible one also disappeared.
Help, please, deal with this problem.

You need to find out what else happens when an employee puts https://prnt.sc/vvngb0 in the "Familiarized" field - these actions happened at the same time, which means either he clicks on some procedure or he manually changes and clicks save, or there is a procedure for saving

Found the following: for this employee https://zavod.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/users/44/ it is enough to go to any bp "001 Checkout" (like the bp in the example in the first post), as the responsible field jumps to "Nobody". In this case, the change will not be saved until the employee clicks "Save" (hence the simultaneous introduction of changes in the history, as if the action or procedure worked out). Such behavior is observed at any stage of this (and only this) bp, regardless of the fact that at the stage or in the procedures there are no actions to change the responsible.
Summarizing: the employee changes (but does not save) the field data simply by going to the bp, which should not be.
Please help me find the reason for this behaviour. Tried to go to other bp under this employee - everything is fine. tried to enter the problematic bp under other employees - everything is fine too.

Does this employee have access to employees with access rights to the one who is responsible before this?

This employee has access to all employees within the specified bp. We tried to disable it now - the employee cannot enter the business process (it gives an error "forbidden").
