Bug when creating a client using the action Transfer business process to API using the /api/contact-add/json/ method

Good afternoon. At the stage https://crm.hlr.ua:50443/admin/shop/workflowstatus/420/action/new/, the action Pass the business process to the API is set, with this action we create cards of individuals in Box. The process was set up a long time ago (more than a year ago), and on 15/08 everything worked, but since 16/08, when creating a contact card, a duplicate of the client's company card is created.
The first process with such a problem dated 16/08 https://crm.hlr.ua:50443/admin/customorder/issue/3534432/edit/
As it should be, an individual was created https://crm.hlr.ua:50443/admin/shop/users/93911/ , he was created as an employee of the company https://crm.hlr.ua:50443/admin/shop/users/ 2790/. But at the same time, a duplicate of the company was also created, here it is https://crm.hlr.ua:50443/admin/shop/users/93912/
All contacts created by this process are now created with a company duplicate
