Need help. I noticed that with a large number of products in the process, it freezes and does not move to another stage (Act of Receipt (Product)). Here is the workflow https://our-store.com.ua/56181/
I have not changed the settings in these processes for more than half a year and this has never happened. But I thought maybe something was still wrong and decided to check, namely:
Step 1: created the same process and added only 1 product to it. Everything works correctly. The transition to the stage "Act of Receipt (Product)" is completed. Then I deleted this process.
Step 3: created another same process https://our-store.com.ua/56512/ and imported into it all the same products that are in the original process (https://our-store.com.ua/56181 /) and the situation is the same - it hangs.
Please help!

Igor, tell me, did you have the opportunity to see what is wrong with this process?

I think the point is that documents are made for a long time on procedures that are called when moving to a stage you have a lot of such orders where there are so many goods?
