500 error when moving to a business process

When switching to a business process, the page takes a long time to load and a 500 error is displayed.

Tried. Did not help.
At first, I immediately went in and did not work, and then I cleared the cache - I went in once or twice, and again it stopped.
I have an assumption that this is related to "Setting the display of tiles" (I recently remembered this), since this functionality appeared in boxing before the war and we began to study it just on this PSU. Now the hour, this problem occurs exclusively on this process, on others there is no such problem.
