Blocking the transition to the next stage

Good afternoon. On the example of the process https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/opros/2540888/edit/ At the current stage, an action is set with a stage duration of 5 minutes and switching to the next, but after 5 minutes the process remains at the current stage and does not switch. When you try to manually switch, everything works out, checked both on your rights and on the rights of an employee (more limited), but the transition is not automatically performed. At the stage where we are trying to go, the procedure of the parent process is launched, and it is this action that blocks the automatic transition. I thought the problem was in the rights, but even when the responsible person is changed to the admin, it does not switch. Please check what is the problem.
