The client has a plumbing service company.
The client accepts applications by phone.
When he receives a new application, he must start the process, this application should be displayed by default in the calendars of all plumbers (they should work in the mobile version), there should also be a sound notification that there is a new application. When one of the employees switches to the "in work" status, the responsible person should change to it automatically.
How can I do that?

There are several ways to solve the problem: 1. Notification Center - connect all employees to observers (watchers) and everyone will receive notifications, and then whoever took the application - that and slippers. 2. Create several related applications (although this is such a solution). 3. It is in the calendars - not the fact that there is such a thing right now (even if not, you can refine it). 4. Focus not on the calendar - but simply on the "List of Applications", all applications "Without Responsible" are displayed there. When an employee selects an application and clicks "Accepted" - the person in charge is placed and the application disappears from the list - the business process and its type (folder) are physically changed. That is, there will be a group "New applications" with the BP "New application", and when accepted for work - the BP will change to "Application in progress" and go to another folder, thereby disappearing from the list.
