in the customer order https://crm.kupistul.ua/admin/customorder/zakaz-klienta/66626/edit/ , when clicking on the procedure, the value in the supplier order field is not transferred

There are no settings in the procedure you specified. The status "Refund. Return money to the client" is the action you specified and it works. The customer's order includes a table and a stool. The values of the additional field for the stool are 2, for the table 0. That's why you see 0 in the supplier's order for the table. If you look at the supplier's order for the stool, you will see the value of the additional field is the same as in the customer's order
