The problem is probably that when calculating the amount of a process in an action, subprocesses are also taken into account, and you have subprocesses in this process that have negative amounts (as an example https://ckbox.online/admin/customorder/spisanie/43903/edit / ) - and the specified amount comes out in the total for the current process and its subprocesses.

I see 2 options:
1. modify the setting to take the amount of only the current process - it will take 1 hour
2. to set up a record using one of the available actions (or write it manually), you need the amounts in the additional field of the process, and by the action, instead of the sum of the process, take the value from the additional field
