We are doing API integration, we need to send a feed of comments from the process + receive comments to the process.
1. After sending from the vanbox, I made the following procedure https://crm.tcc.com.ua/admin/shop/workflow/8/procedure/240/?status=0

But in the request I see that only the text, the files / photos themselves, etc. are transmitted. - not passed
Maybe we are doing something wrong, tell me how to transfer the entire comment feed, with files, etc., if not, we need an assessment
2. Upon receipt of comments in the CPM, our API must accept comments in the process, including files, photos. Tell me how to do it, I did not find how to do it in the documentation

1. Process comment in your case is not a list of comments, but a description of the process. Add variables for the list of comments and an array of their files about 5h.
