ordercode - external process id
ordername - process name
or statusid - the status of the process.

There are absolutely no problems. The fact is that you set the setting https://rovo.org.ua/admin/shop/integrations/1%D1%81-integration/control/ "Processes only in the selected statuses will be unloaded via Api" and select the statuses there. But the process you specified is not in the specified status at the moment, so it should not be included in the API output. Which in turn means that the box is working correctly, but you have not configured it as you need.
