How it works «Mango Office» #
Mango Office allows to place calls by clicking on the customer's phone number (click-to-call) through your Mango Office telephony. The record of the call and its recording (if it actually happened) will be imported and stored in OneBox. A pop-up window can be displayed during the call.
You can set the fields and functions to display in this window in the settings.
