We have a stage in the BP Customer order on which there is an action "Transfer to this stage if the new mail stage has changed. This action stopped working, the new mail stage is changing, and the BP stage freezes and does not proceed

It can be improved so that you select such a user in the action itself. But this will not solve the problem, because you have set the automatic transition to the trail. status https://nutfarine.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/108/action/new/ where there is another bunch of actions that will throw errors to the responsible process, since most likely it will also not have rights access to sell goods from the warehouse (and there may simply be no leftovers) and delete pending payments. I recommend that you review the architecture of your stages and switch to such stages manually or from a user who has the minimum necessary access rights for this. As an option, at the stage where all the parcels have already been sent, change the responsible person to the administrator.

Now we are not seeing any problems with the sale or with the removal of pending payments.
Recently, the rights to create payments by managers were disabled, and apparently then they stopped moving from this stage.
If I switch the responsible person to the admin, then there will be nowhere to switch back to the manager, since everything goes on automatically.
