Finding positions from Proma by SKU
Good afternoon. Faced such a problem. We have a store on Prom, where the word "DROPSHIPPING" is added to the title of each item. As soon as an order arrives in the CRM, a new position is made with a new code. This is not good. You have to delete and add the one that is correct. Screenshot example. How can we make sure that orders by article come with Prom and a new position is not created?

Try in the settings of automatic actions once a minute check the box "Search for process products simultaneously by article and name"
Test it, it should help if you have the same SKUs in both OneBox and Prom.

Thank you) put a tick, but for some reason the order still comes and a new product is created. Maybe you need to wait until the settings take effect? It may not turn on as quickly.
