We have not removed the previous integration. It's there, but it's stuck and won't open. After creating a new integration, the old one still cannot be deleted. This is 100% a bug, a system crash.
Creating a new integration helped, orders loaded. In order to return CRM to normal operating mode, we had to re-install integration in all automations and other connections.

The new integration does not work (worked and stopped). Rozetka orders received after 17:00 yesterday are not loaded into the box.

Does integration with Rozetka not work only for us or for everyone?
If only with us, please fix the failure, since we can’t work for the 2nd day.
If it doesn’t work for everyone, unsubscribe what is the reason and that the problem was taken into the robot, so that we understand that we just need to wait for the system to work again and do not write messages on the forum once again.
