Good afternoon. Recently, the transfer of goods from Boxing to Prom.ua began to work incorrectly. Goods are not transferred at all or only part of the goods is transferred. How can I solve this problem?

Hello. You have the action Export products in YML format. See what file it generates. If it has all the necessary products - it messes up the prom, if there is no one of the necessary products and it should be unloaded in accordance with the settings - it messes up the box.

Look at the integration settings. There is a choice of brands, categories, etc. that need to be uploaded. Also check if the products are hidden / removed / without prices, this may also be the reason why they are not in the upload. If everything is fine with all of the above, drop me a link to the product - I will tell you exactly the reason why it does not fall into the upload file.

In order for products to update categories in OneBox, in this action, you must check the box "Update all information about products" (launched the action only for this product with the checkbox turned on - the category was pulled up). You just need to enable the setting in action.
