Bug!! TTN with CPM are not transferred to the PromA order!

Provide a link to an example of a process where you can re-transition to the specified stage and check why the TTN is not being transmitted or maybe what kind of error we get from the Prom API

As I understand it, this is a working / completed order, I would not want to switch it. I added logging to the request sending method - on some order, how do you make the switch - let me know. Maybe Prom is throwing some kind of error there..
