Well, we set it up according to the instructions, but the data is transferred to Ant Logistics only if we go to Onebox under this customer user. That is, you need to log out of your account, go to customer, and only then we will receive data exchange with Ant Logistics. What's wrong? Does exchanging data with a Rest Api password require the user to be logged into the box?

no, it doesn't require. Maybe you just don't have enough licenses for that user? What version of box do you have?
