i2crm integration with whatsapp
OneBox market has only Integrations: i2crm (Instagram Direct), and there is no integration from i2crm with whatsapp.

Whereas how to implement correspondence with contacts through my events (attached). Here whatsapp is present, so there is this functionality. + Your experts said last year that whatsapp functionality is implemented in the crm system. i2crm technical support also confirms that the integration is implemented with both instagram and whatsapp

There are other integrations - Chat API | BotCorp - there is an import of messages + an action on the stage for sending messages.

It is very good that a third-party service has an interaction with whatsapp. We are not this third party service - we have integration with I2CRM service for instagram only.
If you need to evaluate the integration with whatsapp as a consequence of I2CRM - ask them for public documentation (we did not find one on the site) - we will evaluate the development.
