Hello, at the moment there is no functionality that would make posts on Instagram. As far as I remember, about 2-3 years ago (when they did the integration), Instagram closed some of the api functions, including the creation of posts using api.
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api documentation seems to confirm my words.
The Facebook API has methods for creating new posts https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/publishing , but this functionality is not implemented in OneBox
