Hello. We have standard actions that can send requests to api in the process, for example: "Pass business process to API". Have you tried setting up the integration with them?
If it is not possible to send requests using this action, then finalizing a separate action for a custom api usually takes no more than 10 hours. But here it all depends on the complexity of the api, the number of transmitted data, the number of settings in action, and so on. The project has not started yet, the client is just wondering how much it will cost in general. Integrators said that most likely a refinement. Thank you for the answer!
