Changed contact creation functionality
OLD: When an API request is made by creating a contact, and such a contact already exists in the system (for example, there is a contact with such a phone number or mail), the system does not create it, but gives an error that there is a duplicate.
NEW: If there is a duplicate, the contact is updated, even if the duplicate is by phone or mail.
Also, improvements have been made in relation to contacts that are transmitted in a JSON file.
