Previously, when loading processes, OneBox checked the uniqueness of the BP by the fields $linkkey = "import-issue-{$priceId}-{$date}-{$managerId}-{$userId}-{$issueName}";

1) you can specify which fields to check;
2) if the uniqueness check worked during loading, an error will be generated about this.
