2015074676 - Improved the date of change of expected payments
The field date of change of the expected payment has been improved. When adding / editing (from anywhere), the date of the change is recorded in the pending payment.
The method of receiving pending payments via API /api/payment/probation/get/ allowed to receive all pending payments.
The udatefrom and udateto parameters have been improved, when passing them, OneBox will only receive payments after the specified date. If there was any editing of the payment, it will issue only modified payments

Answers:
Only now the udatefrom field is not updated during mass editing, the logic is not clear when udatefrom is updated and when changing which fields udatefrom is not updated
