By default, the system works like this:
- if the payment is made in the process, you can automatically check the “received” checkbox for the expected payment;
- if the payment was first created, and then it was tied to the order - the “received” checkbox is not checked (so that it is not possible for one actual payment to mark the expected payment as received in several orders)
Improved checkbox:
"When editing a payment, receive/reduce the expected payment according to the corresponding settings when adding a payment" - if it is enabled, the expected payment will be marked as received, even if it was first made and then linked to the order.
