Abbreviated product name from the additional field for NP marking

Good afternoon. Employees use new mail markings to collect and pack merchandise. Now we have the full name of the product on the label in the field of additional information about the item ([file]5883[/file] ) in this form (total number of goods), product 1, (qty), product 2 (qty) , but if the product has a long name, then it does not completely fit in the marking field. What formula should be written to display in this field (number of goods), the abbreviated name, - (number)? The abbreviated name will be taken from the additional field.
