How the program works:

1. Posting:

• The purchasing department ordered the goods.
• The product has arrived from the supplier and has been shipped.
• On the basis of the receipt, the goods are placed in the storage area.

2. Order packaging:

• The sales department received an order from a customer.
• The system automatically checks the state of the warehouse and when there is enough of the goods, creates a task to pack such goods.
• Packaging of the goods has been completed, the client's order is automatically switched to the Packed status.

3. Move:

• A request has been received for transfer from one warehouse to another.
• The goods have been prepared and packed.
• The goods are ready to be moved.

4. Transfer to use:

• The employee performs the work and he needs to issue raw materials, materials, tools.
• It is being prepared for delivery, the condition is checked and it is put into use/production.
• After completion of work, the tool and excess raw materials/materials are returned. At the same time, it is necessary to make a description of the condition of the tool, which is necessary to preserve its operational characteristics.

5. Recalculation;

• A transfer information is being generated.
• A check of the status of actual warehouse balances is carried out, fixed:
• resorting;
• shortcomings;
• surpluses.
• The remains of the warehouse are reduced to the actual state, measures are taken.
