Some files became inaccessible, for example the process http://vg-medical.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/265789/edit/ - for the 2nd product 2 in the Certificate file field - the file http://vg-medical.com is attached .ua/admin/shop/file/download/1065882/, but it is not available (error 404 when going to the site). Why is it not available?

as far as I can see, this project has its own system administrator who can see where the files have gone from the client server
maybe you set up cleaning actions and deleted the data file, but now it is not physically there
