you need to implement the action "Create folder on FTP".
In the action settings there should be a field from which we can take the name for the folder. This is extra. field can be contact or process.
The default settings for connecting to FTP are as implemented in the FTP transfer actions. It should also be possible to specify a static path to the folder where these folders will be created.
If such a folder already exists, then the action should not overwrite the folder, but simply ignore and do nothing. The same thing, if the name for the folder is incorrect, it is also simply ignored and not processed in any way.
