Good afternoon.
Specify:
what you want to store (database, your files...), how much to store, where to store, how often to backup.

Everything to the maximum so that you can restore boxing with a complete loss.
If you can somehow exclude photos of products to save space, that would be great.
DB once a day, files, probably once a week - here, advise how best not to load the system, and, given our data size, then with a storage of 70-100 GB, how long will the storage period be?

Boxing takes approximately:
The archive of the database dump, per day, has a size of ~ 1.2 GiB;
The box files are ~11 GiB (out of this product photos are ~6 GiB).
Q: What kind of storage will be used? (standalone server, mounted volume....)

Tell me, what then takes up so much space with us?
Storage is one of these:
https://deltahost.ua/backup-100g.html
https://tucha.ua/ru/services/tuchabackup

does this include all settings? Integrations, business processes, automated actions?

Good afternoon.
We can make a backup to a separate storage - 3 hours.
I looked at the services, as for me https://tucha.ua/ is a more flexible service.
I have such an opinion.

The listed settings are stored in the database. Accordingly, these settings will be saved along with a copy of the database.

Disk space is occupied by: boxing engine, database, your files, operating system.
We can make a more detailed analysis of the occupied disk space - for a fee.

It depends on what you want to keep.
Boxing takes approximately:
DB copies for the last 10 days ~ 1.5 GiB x 10 = 15 GiB
files 15 GB (if without photos of goods 6 GB)
From this it can be seen that for today, a 50 GB disk is enough

Good afternoon.
FTP will store:
- Database archive 10 copies;
- Archive of box files 10 copies (photos are not copied);
Start making copies every day, at 5:18.
We can change the number of copies.

Tomorrow morning there will be a log file on ftp, where you can see the start and end times.
About 15-20 minutes.
