Answers:
for all fields it’s hardly possible, but for basic types, the article, name, code, etc. is possible. There are fields that are "on the fly" are considered, for example, the quantity in the warehouse is difficult to sort by it, and I think it's not really necessary. Make such sorting + additional fields 6 hours.

There is also an option to sort not all products, but purely those on the page, this will take 2 hours and will work without reloading the page at all.
