The position (role) is registered call center - as in action
KPI value = 1 https://rivcont.info/app/dashboard/
The period (the last X days) for checking the crediting of bonuses = one day (if I understand correctly, it should only be checked today)
Tried on/off setting "Create a process in the specified business process and status"
The action does not work.
Based on the value of KPI should accrue 3 bonuses

At the time when the user's action was supposed to work out, the KPI value https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/59/ was 19, but no bonuses were accrued.

Bonuses are awarded according to KPI.
In the Accounting tables block, it is selected to show only for a certain category, while they were accrued without a category, there is simply no such setting in the action.
