Binotel and vanbox user integration
How can I add this integration for a new user? the main task is that by clicking on the phone number, this phone is transferred to the softphone, as it now works for other employees, when the new one clicks on the phone number, an error occurs that is visible in screenshot number 2. The only difference between users that I see is indicated in the screenshot number one

Good afternoon! Make sure that the new user has a Binotel phone number in the card and the Binotel number type must be set

return to the general list of employees in the same application
and the desired employee in the Configure button, select Open contact card
