Switch owner based on role

Action Switch owner based on role
We want with it:
To distribute missed calls to employees of the selected role in turn, taking into account the schedule
1. Checked the box Take into account the employee's work schedule - but everything falls on the 1st employee, and not in turn
2. Checked the 2nd checkbox Assign tasks one by one to managers who are online - but I'm not sure that it will take into account the schedule.
Please advise how to set it up

as far as I can see there should be random. Throw a link to the place where the action is configured and 2 employees who fit the conditions and the task that will be distributed

Vertepnaya Ekaterina (employee) ended her shift at 13:00. She was on her feet.
Calls (processes) missed after 13:00 continued to be distributed to her. This is either a bug, or I do not understand how this checkbox works. Please check.
