Doesn't correctly filter processes by date field

Error occurs in 1 order

In the report, we specify a filter for this field indicating the period from November 1 to November 30, but for some reason this process gets into which the value for October is indicated

Why is this happening and how to fix it?

Most likely you have a filter not according to the add. the field is configured, and by the creation date, check in the report filter settings

can you take a screenshot of the field in the order interface and a screenshot of the filter that you added in the report, as well as the field "Date of sale" that is displayed in the report? I think the problem is somewhere here.
