API sync stopped working. Error "{"status":"error","errors":["Login or password or token not correct!"]}"

The synchronization of "business processes" in CPM and "repair requests" in 1C was set up. Stopped working. CPM sends the following message: {"status":"error","errors":["Login or password or token not correct!"]}
At the same time, the API password did not change. Nothing in the settings has changed.
Is this related to the updates, or what? Thank you.

Good afternoon. The error says what the problem is. You need to log in to the user you use to access via api and copy the username and api password from him.
