Create a sales report for a selected period

You need to create a Sales Report that has the following Columns:
1. BP status: New order, Dispatched, Completed, Delivery refused, Returned, Disposal.
2. The number of BPs that passed through the stage:
- in the New order line, we write down all the BPs that have passed the New order stage for the selected period;
- in the Sent line, write down the number of BPs that have passed the stage Delivered by NP;
- in the line Refusal on delivery, we write down the number of orders that have passed the Check for the amount of the process stage;
- in the line Returned, we write down the number of orders that passed the stage. The goods returned to the warehouse;
- in the line Utilization we write down the number of orders that have passed the Utilization stage.
3. Cost price - the cost price of these BPs in each status is recorded.
4. Amount - the amount of BP on each status is recorded.
5. Margin - the difference between the Amount and Cost on each status.
6. Conversion - the percentage ratio

In it, you can set grouping by process status and display the necessary fields or additional fields. For point 6, as far as I remember, there is nothing similar, it needs to be finalized. Estimate the cost of improvement?

I tried to set up as you said. But it turned out not quite that boring:
1. Only those statuses are displayed that have BP at the end of the period, but I need to show how many BP went through each stage for the selected period.
2. The report gives all statuses, and I need only those that I have listed.
3. The number of BPs on each status must be displayed in a separate column, and not written in a column with the name of the BP.
4. According to paragraph 6, calculate the cost of revision

Unfortunately, I do not remember a report that would show such data.
I can suggest that you finalize a new report that will show all the data you need with conversions, filters, and other functionality described in the task topic. Completion of such a report will take about 10 hours.

In filtering, we asked to set the date of creation of the BP, and not the transition to the status. I could set up a transition status report myself

transitions are filtered accordingly. The filter by order creation date is by default in this constructor, you can safely put it on your stage. But then not all processes that changed stages in the selected period will fall under the filtering, but only those that were created in the selected period

After choosing the statuses, save the block, then the columns "Status from which to count the conversion ..." will appear, select the statuses from which to count the conversion. Filters from the filtration panel will act on 2 reports at once.
