Sending SMS

When creating an order, we send an SMS to the client.
How can we add a condition that if the delivery is self-delivery, then SMS should not be sent? In progress - "Send notification by sms Universal action ()" can not find

As far as I can see, the settings do not send SMS if the delivery method is specified Pickup does not stand at those stages from which SMS were sent in this process
Try to put similar settings at the stages where you need it
