You have 7 additional warehouse fields and a serial number. Most likely, one of the additional fields of the process product does not match the value in the warehouse.

Disabled all extras. fields, left only options and a comment, compared their values in the process with the value from the warehouse - it matches, maybe there because of some characters?

Perhaps there are some invisible characters in one of the additional fields. You can turn on all the additional fields and leave one action on the procedure - I'll tell you what's wrong there, it will take 1 hour. If there is a bug, 1h fikback and fix so.
