in the old Box, we did not have a default priority set. Tasks were created without priority. In the new Box, we didn't even find where the priorities are edited. Based on the link you gave, you need to look in the Workflow parameters, but there is nothing like that. (screen attached) After your answer, it turned out to create a pair of BPs from the contact card. Now this feature doesn't work again.
